Asian Flavored Rib Eyes

  1. Season steaks with salt and pepper.
  2. Rub with 1 t. oyster sauce on each steak.
  3. Flip steaks and rub 1t.
  4. of oyster sauce again.
  5. Let MARINATE in room temperature for 1 hour.
  6. Before grilling steaks, brush each with 1t of sesame oil.
  7. Great with piping hot rice!
  8. Bon Appetit!
