Chucks Moroccan Spice. Ras-El-Hanout Spice Mix.

• 1 tablespoon caraway seed
• 1 teaspoon cumin powder
• 1 teaspoon cardamom powder
• 3 tablespoons cinnamon
• 1 pinch cayenne pepper

1. mix all ingredients in a blender on high when blended place in a airtight container.
