Autumn Harvest Bread Recipe

• 1/2 c. pureed cooked carrots
• 1/2 c. pureed canned pumpkin
• 1/2 c. applesauce
• 1/4 c. carrot cooking water
• 1 1/2 c. whole-wheat flour
• 1 1/2 c. bread flour
• 1 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
• 2 Tbsp. honey
• 1/4 tsp allspice
• 2 tsp yeast

1. Place all ingredients in your machine in the order specified by your machine's manufacturer.
2. Select the basic or possibly white cycle and press start.
3. This recipe yields 1 loaf.
4. Yield: 1 loaf
