Tincture of Lavender

• 2 1/2 ounces vodka
• 1/4 teaspoon dried lavender

1. In a small jar, combine the vodka with the dried lavender.
2. Cover tightly and store at room temperature for 1 week.
3. Strain and store in the airtight container for up to 1 month.
