Atlantic Salmon with Herbed Cream
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 4 Atlantic salmon fillets (approx 150g each), skin on
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 250 g PHILADELPHIA Light Spreadable Cream Cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped herbs, e.g. parsley, chives, dill
- Green salad, to serve
- dill, for garnish
- HEAT the oil in a nonstick frypan.
- Season salmon with salt and pepper then place skin side down and cook for 2 minutes each side or until cooked to your liking.
- Remove from the pan and rest for 2 minutes.
- COMBINE the PHILLY with garlic and herbs and mix well.
- PLACE the salmon on serving plates with salad, then top each with a dollop of herbed PHILLY, garnish with dill.
- Serve immediately.
- HANDY TIP: Ocean trout can be used as a substitute for Atlantic salmon.
