Atlantic Salmon with Herbed Cream

  1. HEAT the oil in a nonstick frypan.
  2. Season salmon with salt and pepper then place skin side down and cook for 2 minutes each side or until cooked to your liking.
  3. Remove from the pan and rest for 2 minutes.
  4. COMBINE the PHILLY with garlic and herbs and mix well.
  5. PLACE the salmon on serving plates with salad, then top each with a dollop of herbed PHILLY, garnish with dill.
  6. Serve immediately.
  7. HANDY TIP: Ocean trout can be used as a substitute for Atlantic salmon.
