Beef & Peanut Stir-Fry

  1. Toss meat with garlic and cornstarch.
  2. Heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium heat.
  3. Add vegetables; stir-fry 4 min.
  4. Add meat; stir-fry 3 to 4 min.
  5. or until done.
  6. Stir in nuts.
  7. Spoon over rice; top with cilantro.
