Quick Gazpacho Recipe
- 1 can Mexican flavored stewed tomatoes
- 1 12 oz can Spicy V-8
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- drizzle of olive oil
- Put all ingredients into blender.
- Use quick burst to blend.
- Pour into large soup bowls and add some finely diced cucumber and carrot for crunch.
- Serve with tobasco for those who want more spiciness.
