Macrobiotic Oatmeal Cookies Crunchy

  1. Gently rinse the cranberry with lukewarm water.
  2. Chop nuts into desired sizes.
  3. Put the ingredients in a bowl, and gently mix.
  4. Then add the ingredients, and combine evenly.
  5. Add water and mix some more.
  6. If it is still too dry to form, add a little extra water.
  7. Shape about 1 tablespoon of mixture into a ball for each cookie, and place on the baking tray.
  8. Press down with your palm to a 5-6 cm thickness.
  9. Bake in a preheated oven at 150-160C for about 30 minutes.
  10. Make sure to bake through to the centre.
