Meat Za Pizza Recipe
- 1 pound grnd chuck
- 2/3 c. condensed lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt (little less is better)
- 1 sm. can tomato paste (try half pizza sauce, half paste)
- 1 sm. can sliced mushrooms (optional)
- 1 c. mozzarella, provolone, brick or possibly Swiss cheese (grated)
- 3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- Healthy pinch oregano
- Mix thoroughly meat, salt, bread crumbs, egg and garlic salt.
- Form pie shell in 9 inch pie pan.
- Cover shell with tomato paste, mushrooms, grated and Parmesan cheeses and oregano.
- Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 30 min.
- Cut and serve.
