Smoked Salmon Mousse

  1. Blitz the salmon in a food processor until smooth.
  2. Mix in the remaining ingredients.
  3. Chill and serve.
  4. For a special look, line a ramekin with smoked salmon, spoon the mousse inside and turn out onto the plate to make a little parcel.
  5. Serve with lemon wedges and fresh black pepper, with a little dill to garnish.
