Honey Mustard Vegetable Combo
- 1 gal. fresh broccoli florets
- 1 gal. frozen whole kernel corn
- 2-1/2 qt. fresh baby carrots
- 1-1/4 qt. red peppers, chopped
- 2-1/2 cups green onions, sliced
- 2/3 cup oil
- 1 qt. KRAFT Signature Honey Dijon Dressing
- 1/3 cup cornstarch
- 2-1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- Steam broccoli, corn and carrots until crisp-tender; drain.
- Meanwhile, saute red peppers and onions in hot oil in large saute pan on medium heat 2 min.
- Mix dressing and cornstarch in saucepan.
- Bring to boil, stirring frequently.
- Cook 2 min.
- or until thickened, stirring constantly.
- Pour dressing mixture over combined vegetables; toss to coat.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
