Honey Mustard Vegetable Combo

  1. Steam broccoli, corn and carrots until crisp-tender; drain.
  2. Meanwhile, saute red peppers and onions in hot oil in large saute pan on medium heat 2 min.
  3. Mix dressing and cornstarch in saucepan.
  4. Bring to boil, stirring frequently.
  5. Cook 2 min.
  6. or until thickened, stirring constantly.
  7. Pour dressing mixture over combined vegetables; toss to coat.
  8. Season with salt and black pepper.
