Garden Salad

  1. Stir boiling water into combined dry gelatin and salt in large bowl at least 2 min.
  2. until completely dissolved.
  3. Stir in cold water and lemon juice.
  4. Refrigerate 1-1/2 hours or until thickened (spoon drawn through leaves definite impression).
  5. Stir in vegetables.
  6. Spoon into 5-cup mold sprayed with cooking spray.
  7. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
  8. Unmold.
  9. Store leftover gelatin in refrigerator.
