Santa Maria

  1. In a large resealable container, combine the first five ingredients; refrigerate until chilled, at least 1 hour.
  2. Cover tightly and shake, then pour into an ice-filled pitcher.
  3. Strain into ice-filled white wine glasses, top with the ginger beer and garnish.
