Italian Turkey Cutlets
- 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
- 2 whole Turkey Cutlets
- 1 Tablespoon Pesto
- 1/4 cups Diced Tomatoes
- 1/4 cups Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 dash Salt And Pepper
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Season both sides of turkey with salt and pepper.
- Once the pan is hot, brown one side of the turkey cutlets.
- Turn them over and top with pesto, tomatoes and cheese.
- Cover the pan, leaving a slight opening.
- Cook until cheese is melted, and turkey is cooked through.
- This should take approximately 5 minutes per side.
