Iron smoothie

  1. Clean all herbs and remove from stems.
  2. Slice apple and pear.
  3. Add all ingredients in food processor or blender (except chia seeds) and pulse until desired consistency.
  4. Garnish with a sprinkle chia seeds.
  5. tastes even better chilled.
  6. Add 1/2 cup or more water or apple juice for a thinner consistency and additional sweetness.
  7. Tbs of lemon juice also adds freshness.
