Caramel Popcorn with Cashews
- 3/4 cups Popping Kernels
- 1/4 cups Canola Oil
- 1/2 cups Caramel Sauce
- 1/2 cups Cashews (or Your Favorite Nut)
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- Preheat oven to 300F.

- Cook the popping kernels in oil according to package instructions.
- You can also use microwave popcorn.

- In a microwave safe bowl, heat the caramel sauce for 30 seconds and stir well.
- 3.
- Pour the popcorn on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Then sprinkle in the nuts and drizzle on the warm caramel to coat well.
- Season with salt and toss.
- 4.
- Place the popcorn in the oven and bake for 5 minutes.
- Let cool and serve.
