Red, White & Blue Parfaits

  1. Stir 1 cup boiling water each into red and blue gelatin in separate bowls at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
  2. Stir 1 cup cold water into each bowl.
  3. Pour into separate 13x9-inch pans.
  4. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
  5. Cut each pan into 1/2-inch cubes.
  6. Layer alternating flavors and whipped topping into 8 dessert glasses.
  7. Garnish with additional whipped topping, if desired.
