Ham Biscuits Recipe
- 1 pan Pepperidge Farm party rolls
- 1 tbsp. mustard
- 1 sm. onion, grated
- 6 tbsp. butter
- 1 tbsp. poppy seed
- 1/4 pound ham, sliced thin
- 3-4 Swiss cheese slices
- Cut rolls, top from bottom, leaving them connected as 1 piece for each layer.
- In small saucepan, combine mustard, onion, butter and poppy seed.
- Heat, don't boil.
- Put bottom 1/2 rolls back in aluminum pan and spread sauce on bottom and top layers.
- Cover bottom layer with ham and cheese.
- Replace to layer and freeze.
- When ready to serve, thaw, cover with foil, heat in oven 15 min.
- Open foil for 5 more min till crusty.
- Bake at 350 degrees.
- Cut into party roll squares and serve on warming tray.
