Pops green beans

  1. Clean and trim beans
  2. Put beans in slow cooker
  3. Add chicken stock to just cover the beans.
  4. Add potatoes, onions, hamhocks, garlic and onion powder, season salt and black pepper
  5. Cover and cook on high till boiling
  6. Reduce heat to low and cook four hours or until potatoes are done.
  7. Serve in bowls with hard crusty bread.
