Marinated Steak with Chimichurri Sauce

  1. Pour marinade over steak in shallow dish; turn to coat both sides of steak.
  2. Refrigerate 30 min.
  3. to marinate.
  4. Meanwhile, blend remaining ingredients in blender until smooth.
  5. Pour into bowl; refrigerate until ready to serve.
  6. Heat broiler.
  7. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade.
  8. Place steak on rack of broiler pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  9. Broil, 4 inches from heat, 10 min.
  10. or until steak is medium doneness, turning after 5 min.
  11. Diagonally cut steak across the grain into thin slices.
  12. Serve with the parsley mixture.
