Simply Stir Fry Beef and Peppers

  1. Slice the steak thinly.
  2. Once the steak is sliced, put in the steak marinade ingredients and set aside.
  3. Slice the green peppers in half and take out the seeds.
  4. Slice the peppers into think slivers, but not too thin.
  5. Chop up 2 large garlic cloves and place into a heated pan.
  6. Put the oil in and heat through, stirring the garlic.
  7. It should start smelling grand!
  8. Put in the steak on one side and cook.
  9. I like it a little bit rare, but not too much.
  10. Once its cooked to your liking, turn it over to the other side.
  11. Now mix the stir fry sauce all together and pour it in slowly while the meat is cooking on the second side.
  12. Now this is where you have to watch.
  13. If you put too much of the sauce in, it will get soupy, and I dont like soupy stir fry.
  14. I like a well-coated but dry stir fry.
  15. But thats just me.
  16. In other words, use your discretion here!
  17. Throw in the peppers.
  18. And are you ready?
  19. Stir, stir, stir.
  20. Dont overcook.
  21. I take out a pepper after about 4 minutes and try it.
  22. If its done but slightly crunchy, then its perfect.
