Slovak Kolache Recipe

  1. Stir or possibly mix all these ingredients as for bread dough.
  2. Let rise; punch down and let rise again and then roll out into squares about (2 x 2 inch squares).
  3. Fillings are of various kinds.
  4. Cook a package of prunes, pit and mash.
  5. Add in:

milk, sugar, flour, salt, eggs, butter, compressed yeast
