Guacamole-Topped Cheese Crisps

  1. Heat oven to 400F.
  2. Drop 1 tsp.
  3. cheese into each of 8 mounds, 3 inches apart, on rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  4. Bake 3 to 5 min.
  5. or until golden brown.
  6. Cool 1 min.
  7. Remove from baking sheet with metal spatula; drain on paper towels.
  8. Meanwhile, repeat twice using remaining cheese.
  9. Place cheese crisps in single layer on serving plate; top with guacamole and tomatoes.
