Very Delicious Stir-fried Tofu with Shimeji Mushrooms and Salt
- 1 block Firm tofu
- 1 bag Shimeji mushrooms
- 1 Green scallion
- 1 for coating the tofu Katakuriko
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper
- Drain the tofu very well and remove any excess moisture by patting it lightly with paper towels.
- Thinly coat the dried tofu with katakuriko.
- Heat the oil in the frying pan.
- Place the tofu in the pan and fry over low heat.
- Brown one side, turn over and brown the other side.
- Add shimeji mushrooms and sake.
- Fry until wilted.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Add black pepper to taste and serve straight away!
