Cherry/Cran Burgers
- 1 (12 ounce) bag fresh cranberries
- 1 (16 ounce) bag frozen cherries or 2 cups fresh cherries
- 1 lb ground beef or 1 lb ground turkey
- 4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 -2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 sweet onions, fried
- You'll want to juice the cranberries and cherries.
- I made juice the night before and saved the fruit pulp for my burgers.
- If cranberries are not available, double the cherries.
- You may want to add more salt and pepper or omit.
- Mix all together in bowl.
- Make patties.
- I made 6 burgers.
- Fry in frying pan or grill.
- I used my table top grill.
- fried onions would be good with it.
- I also topped them with honey mustard.
