Best Fish Marinade Recipe

• 1 bottle Louisiana warm sauce
• 1 bottle water (measured in warm sauce bottle)
• 1 c. Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tbsp. Accent
• 1 tbsp. onion pwdr
• 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
• 1 teaspoon all season pepper

1. Mix all ingredients well.
2. Marinate fish in sauce in closed container in refrigerator for 15 to 30 min; then fry in warm oil after battering with corn meal.
