One Mean Egg Sandwich
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 medium Egg
- 1/2 small roma tomato
- 1/4 medium jalepeno
- 1 onion powder
- 1 parsley flakes
- 1 sea salt
- 1 ground white pepper
- 1 slice all natural provalone cheese
- 1 slice all natural,nitrate free, smoked deli ham
- 2 slice whole wheat bread,toasted
- Slice tomato and jalepeno to desired sizes.
- Heat olive oil to a sizzle in a skillet.
- Add egg.
- Add sliced tomato and jalepeno on top of egg.
- Add all spices and seasonings to the egg while the top layer is still runny.
- (Up the ante with crushed red pepper,or more jalepeno for more heat)
- While top layer of egg is still runny,add slice of provolone cheese and slice of ham on top of that.
- Let the cheese melt and hold it all together,flipping occasionally until egg is cooked to desired level.
- (I like a slightly runny yoke,but this is optional.)
- Slide the whole thing between two slices of whole wheat toast.
