Shrimp in Pesto Cream
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 12 cup chopped onion
- 1 12 lbs large shrimp, shelled and deveined
- 12 cup dry wine
- 34 cup cream
- 14 cup pesto sauce
- In large frying pan, melt butter.
- Add onions and cook 2-3 minutes, or until softened.
- Add shrimp and toss to coat.
- Add wine and cook, stirring, until shrimp turn pink.
- Stir in cream and pesto.
- Cook 4-5 minutes longer.
