Mojito mocktail recipe

• 1 lime, cut into cubes
• 6 mint leaves
• 10 ml (0.4fl oz) agave syrup
• 10 ml (0.4fl oz) lemon syrup
• 1 handful crushed ice
• 1 splash sparkling water, enough to top up glass

1. Muddle the lime, syrups and mint leaves together in the highball glass.
2. Add the crushed ice.
3. Top up with sparkling water, and garnish with the mint leaves.
