Salmon Cinagro
- 4 salmon fillets, preferably wild salmon
- 14 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 limes, juice and zest of
- 14 cup tequila
- 2 tablespoons ginger, freshly grated
- 14 cup olive oil
- 12 teaspoon dill
- 12 cup yogurt, preferably organic
- 1 dash Old Bay Seasoning
- 12 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 14 tablespoon pepper
- Spray cooking spray in a baking dish and place the salmon skin-side down.
- In a medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients with a whisk.
- Pour over the salmon and allow to marinate for at least 1/2 hour.
- Then cook at 400 for 8-10 minutes, depending on thickness watch it.
- Serve with wild rice and asparagus.
