Fake Fast Fazool

  1. Strain the liquid from the canned beans into a blender (or use a hand blender right in the pot.)
  2. Add 1 cup beans and puree until smooth.
  3. Add sausages, rosemary, garlic, and red pepper to a large pot.
  4. Saute sausages mashing them up, until cooked.
  5. Mix in tomato paste, tomatoes, bean puree, remaining beans, broth, greens, and pasta.
  6. Simmer until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally, about 30 minutes.
  7. Mix in 1/4 cup cheese.
  8. Season with salt and pepper, if needed.
  9. Serve with remaining cheese.
  10. It's very freezable, but thickens as it stands.
  11. Add more broth if you want it thinner.
