Cream of Red Lentil Soup
- 2 12 cups water
- 1 cup red lentil
- 2 cups red bell peppers, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, sliced
- 34 teaspoon salt
- 34 teaspoon cumin
- 18 teaspoon cayenne
- 12 cup soymilk
- In a saucepan, combine all of the ingredients except the soy milk,
- Cook until lentils are soft.
- Puree with the soy milk.
