Aunt Linda's Chicken Salad

  1. Pour the chicken broth in a 9x13 pan.
  2. Put chicken on top and then sprinkle each piece with onion salt and pepper.
  3. Cover with foil and cook in 350 degree oven for about an hour.
  4. Let cool.
  5. After chicken has cooled, chop into small pieces and put into large bowl.
  6. Add grapes, celery, and miracle whip.
  7. Stir all together until evenly mixed.
  8. I recommend refrigerating at least 1 hour if not overnight before serving.
