Aunt Linda's Chicken Salad
- 20 ounces chicken breasts
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can chicken broth
- 1 12 tablespoons onion salt
- black pepper (to taste)
- 1 cup Miracle Whip
- 25 red grapes (cut in half or quarters)
- 4 stalks celery (chopped)
- Pour the chicken broth in a 9x13 pan.
- Put chicken on top and then sprinkle each piece with onion salt and pepper.
- Cover with foil and cook in 350 degree oven for about an hour.
- Let cool.
- After chicken has cooled, chop into small pieces and put into large bowl.
- Add grapes, celery, and miracle whip.
- Stir all together until evenly mixed.
- I recommend refrigerating at least 1 hour if not overnight before serving.
