Chili Loaded Nachos

  1. For each 4-serving appetizer: Arrange 3 oz.
  2. (85 g) tortilla chips on large platter.
  3. Microwave 3/4 cup (175 mL) Velveeta and 1 Tbsp.
  4. (15 mL) milk on MEDIUM 2 to 4 min.
  5. or until completely melted, stirring halfway.
  6. Stir until sauce is well blended.
  7. Spoon 1-1/2 cups (375 mL) heated chili evenly over chips.
  8. Top with Velveeta sauce, 1 cup (250 mL) lettuce, 1/2 cup (125 mL) tomatoes and 1/4 cup (50 mL) scallions.
  9. Serve immediately.
