Seafood Corn Chowder Recipe

  1. Brown bacon, drain.
  2. Use 1 Tbsp.
  3. drippings.
  4. Saute/fry pepper and onion.
  5. Put corn and soup in saucepan.
  6. Add in onions, stir in lowfat milk, pepper, parsley, shrimp and crabmeat.
  7. Simmer 15 to 20 min, stirring.
  8. To serve, add in bacon bits to each bowl.
  9. Serve with salad and rolls.
