Sriracha and Bacon Potato Salad

  1. Bring a stock pot of water to a boil and cook your potatoes to fork tender.
  2. Drain the potatoes well and cool a bit
  3. Add the next 6 ingredients to potatoes and mix well.
  4. Top with crumbled bacon, chives and paprika
  5. Refrigerate until serving
