Sam Adams Chili

  1. Using meat grinder on coarse, grind meats, peppers, garlic and onion.
  2. Add olive oil to the bottom of 5-quart Dutch oven.
  3. Brown meats; pour off excess fat.
  4. Add rest of ingredients.
  5. Bring to a boil.
  6. Stir occasionally, then cover.
  7. Reduce heat and simmer 1 hour.
  8. Let cool to room temperature, then reheat.
