Steak Soft Tacos

  1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add steak; cook and stir until lightly browned.
  3. Stir in water, salsa and seasoning mix.
  4. Bring to boil.
  5. Stir in rice; cover.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. Let stand 5 min.
  8. Stir.
  9. Spoon steak mixture evenly onto tortillas; sprinkle with cheese.
  10. Fold up sides of tortillas to enclose filling.
