Pesto Bites with Bagel Chips
- 250g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened to room temperature
- 1 tablespoon basil CLASSICO Traditional Basil Pesto Sauce and Spread
- 1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes or char-grilled capsicum
- 1/4 cup chopped pine nuts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 170g packet mini bagel chips or 125g packet CAPTAIN'S TABLE* Water Crackers
- 2 spring onions, finely sliced
- Beat Philly* and pesto with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Fold through tomatoes.
- Place mixture onto baking paper and form into a 40cm long sausage and coat in pine nuts.
- Chill for 1 hour or until firm.
- Slice into 2cm circles.
- Place Philly* bites onto a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake at 180C for 10 minutes or until nuts are golden brown.
- Place individual bites on the bagel chips or water crackers, garnish with spring onion and serve.
