PHILADELPHIA 3-STEP Mini Cheesecake Jack-O'-Lanterns
- 2 pkg. (8 oz.each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 10 drops red food coloring
- 10 drops yellow food coloring
- 12 OREO Cookies
- candy corn
- Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
- Add eggs and food colorings; mix until blended.
- Place 1 cookie on bottom of each of 12 paper-lined muffin cups.
- Pour cheesecake batter into muffin cups.
- Bake at 350F for 20 minutes or until centers are almost set.
- Cool.
- Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.
- Secorate with candy corn to resemble jack-o-lanterns.
