PHILADELPHIA 3-STEP Mini Cheesecake Jack-O'-Lanterns

  1. Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
  2. Add eggs and food colorings; mix until blended.
  3. Place 1 cookie on bottom of each of 12 paper-lined muffin cups.
  4. Pour cheesecake batter into muffin cups.
  5. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes or until centers are almost set.
  6. Cool.
  7. Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.
  8. Secorate with candy corn to resemble jack-o-lanterns.
