Snicker fudge
- 1 cup Milk choc chips
- 1/4 cup Butterscotch chips
- 1/4 cup Creamy p.b
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup Evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 cup Marshmallow creme
- 1/4 cup Creamy p.b.
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 1/2 cup Chopped salted peanuts
- 14 oz Pkg carmel cubes
- 1/4 cup Heavy cream
- 1 cup Milk choc chips
- 1/4 cup Butterscotch chips
- 1/4 cup Creamy p.b.
- FIRST LAYER
- Lightly spray 9x13 baking pan with spray
- Over medium heat melt milk choc chips, p.b.
- and butterscotch in small pan
- Stir until completely melted pour into lightly greased pan, even out and refrigerate until set
- SECOND LAYER
- Melt butter over medium-high heat in sauce pan
- Add sugar and evaporated milk, bring to boil then cook for 5 minutes, stir constantly
- Remove from heat and quickly mix in marshmallow, p.b.
- and vanilla
- Add peanuts to mix, and spread evenly over choc mix
- THIRD LAYER
- Melt caramels and heavy cream over low heat until smooth
- Pour over peanut mix refrigerate until set
- FOURTH LAYER
- Repeat step one
- Melt choc, butterscotch, and p.b.
- over low heat until smooth
- Pour over caramel layer refrigerate for at least 1 hour
