Greek Hummus Dip
- 1/2 cups Roasted Garbanzo Beans
- 3/4 cups Feta Cheese Crumbles
- 1 Tablespoon Tahini
- 1 whole Lemon, Zest And Juice
- 1/2 teaspoons Greek Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Onion Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- Greek Olive Oil, As Needed
- Chopped Fresh Dill, For Garnish (optional)
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Lay beans in a single layer on a baking sheet pan and bake 12 minutes.
- Remove from oven and place in a food processor, pulse several times.
- Add feta cheese, tahini, lemon zest and juice, oregano, garlic powder, onion salt, and black pepper; pulse to combine.
- While processor is running, slowly stream in oil until dip has the desired consistency and is creamy.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with dill.
- Serve with your favorite chips!
