Creamy Baked Tomatoes
- 4 large tomatoes (extra large)
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 4 tablespoons double cream (heavy)
- 50 g grated cheddar cheese
- Halve the tomatoes and place each half in the well of a muffin or yorkshire pudding tin.
- Sprinkle with basil and seasoning.
- Bake at 200C/400F for 10 minutes.
- Spoon over cream and top with the cheese.
- Return to the oven for another 10 minutes.
