Grilled Tuna Steak w/ Homemade Guacamole

  1. Run cool water over the tuna steak and pat dry
  2. Lay tuna in marinade for at least 15 minutes
  3. Cover and refrigerate tuna while marinating
  4. Mash avocado into a bowl while adding the juice from half of a lime, a pinch or two of garlic salt, and as much chipotle hot sauce as desired
  5. After preheating your grill to about 350F, cook the tuna on the first side for 4-5 minutes
  6. Turn over the tuna and pour your remaining marinade over it, cook for 3-4 more minutes.
  7. Remove tuna when it is cooked to your liking, top it off with your homemade guacamole
  8. Eat!
