Grilled Tuna Steak w/ Homemade Guacamole
- 1 Tuna Steak
- 2 cup Teriyaki Marinade
- 2 tsp Chipotle Hot sauce
- 2 tsp Garlic Salt
- 2 Avacado
- 1/2 Lime
- 2 tsp Garlic Salt
- 2 tsp Chipotle Hot Sauce
- Run cool water over the tuna steak and pat dry
- Lay tuna in marinade for at least 15 minutes
- Cover and refrigerate tuna while marinating
- Mash avocado into a bowl while adding the juice from half of a lime, a pinch or two of garlic salt, and as much chipotle hot sauce as desired
- After preheating your grill to about 350F, cook the tuna on the first side for 4-5 minutes
- Turn over the tuna and pour your remaining marinade over it, cook for 3-4 more minutes.
- Remove tuna when it is cooked to your liking, top it off with your homemade guacamole
- Eat!
