Easy Mango Salsa
- 4 mangos - peeled, seeded, and diced
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (10 ounce) can white shoepeg corn, drained
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 lime, juiced
- salt and pepper to taste
- Stir the diced mango, black beans, corn, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper together in a bowl.
- Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
