Bacon English Muffins
- 6 English muffins
- 12 slices tomatoes
- 12 slices American cheese
- 12 slices thick cut bacon
- Line cookie sheet with tinfoil and place cake cooling rack in center.
- Cut bacon slices in half.
- Cook bacon to just under fully cooked, place on paper towels to drain excess grease.
- Toast english muffins in toaster.
- Place on rack, top with slice of tomato, cheese and 2 half slices of bacon.
- Broil in oven until bacon is fully cooked.
- Careful not to burn the cheese.
