Mother's Quick And Easy No Cook Chocolate Cookies Recipe

• 2 c. sugar
• 1/2 c. shortening
• 1/2 c. lowfat milk
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 3 c. quick oats
• 1/2 c. coconut
• 6 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa

1. Bring first 3 ingredients to boil in saucepan.
2. Stir in rest of ingredients.
3. Stir to make dough.
4. Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper and chill till hardened.
