Fish Fillets Dijon

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Butter 13x9x2-inch glass baking dish.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Blend butter, Dijon mustard, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl.
  5. Spread half of butter mixture over each fillet, covering completely.
  6. Sprinkle half of breadcrumbs over each.
  7. Bake fish until just cooked through, about 7 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle parsley over and garnish with lemon wedges.
