Mini-Frittatas with Smoked Ham and Peas
- 8 slices deli smoked ham
- 1 cup Cracker Barrel Crumbled Feta Cheese with Oregano, Sun Dried Tomatoes and Black Pepper
- 1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives
- 4 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- Heat oven to 325 degrees F.
- Press 1 ham slice onto bottom and up side of each of 8 muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray.
- Divide feta, peas and chives among cups.
- Whisk eggs and milk until blended; pour into muffin cups.
- Bake 20 to 25 min.
- or until centres are set.
