Halloween Ghost Cookies

  1. Melt chocolate bark in a double boiler, or in microwave.
  2. Stir often to keep from scorching!
  3. Drop cookies in melted chocolate to coat them.
  4. Lift out with tongs.
  5. Drain excess chocolate, and cool them on wax paper.
  6. While "ghosts" are still hot, put mini chocolate chips for eyes.
  7. Cool completely.
